As a member of New Mexico MainStreet, the Ruidoso Midtown Association employs nationally recognized strategies to revitalize Ruidoso’s Midtown district, helping to build a vibrant community and economy.
Our Mission
Ruidoso Midtown Association leads a movement to strengthen our community through preservation-based economic development in Ruidoso’s Midtown commercial district.
Our Beliefs
We believe Main Streets are for everyone. At the core of our approach to revitalization is a commitment to creating a place of shared prosperity, equal access to opportunity, and inclusive engagement.
The Ruidoso Midtown Association models and champions this vision through our actions and programs to reinvigorate our collective look, feel, and strategy to position Ruidoso as a regional and state leader.
RMA strives to support managed and smart growth. Advocating opportunities that enhance revenue for businesses and the Village of Ruidoso. In our Midtown approach, events and festivals are only a limited way to influence economic development.
Our Midtown offers a safe, family-friendly environment for those who live, work, visit, and support community gatherings.
We embrace cultural diversity by celebrating and preserving our local traditions and values for all people. Attracting and sharing in Ruidoso Midtown’s dining, shopping, entertainment, and event-driven activities.
