Tim Duckworth

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Tim moved to Ruidoso with his family in 2022 from North Texas. With 34 years of experience in IT and Customer Relations, Tim has worked as a Developer, Project Analyst, Project Manager, and Business Analyst.

While spending many hours volunteering to help care for our first responders after the 2024 wildfires, Tim experienced firsthand the resilience of the Ruidoso community. He knew he wanted to do more for his community. He jumped at the opportunity to serve when he learned of the opening for Executive Director.

Tim comes with experience in many fields and is excited to put his knowledge to work for RMA. Teaming up with the Village and other partner groups, together there is nothing we cannot achieve for a thriving Ruidoso and Ruidoso Midtown district.
